Hello again everyone! First of all, I apologize that this isn’t a new chapter. Its been a while since I’ve posted one of these, so I thought I’d write one up for those that are interested.
As you may have seen, I had some time this past weekend to knock out a lot of chapters of Suterareta Yuusha no Eyuutan after a bit more than a three month dry spell. While I enjoyed doing it, and I’m sure a lot of you loved seeing how the story progressed, I can’t keep that speed up. I won’t be able to work on a chapter this week at all, and only have a little chance of finishing 3-1 this weekend as it is another pretty large chapter (About twice as long as 2-Extra 1). Trust me though when I say that I am as interested in knowing what happens as you guys! I have a midterm tomorrow (3/18/15), so I’ve been preparing for that yesterday and today. After that, I get to have another midterm for -another- class later this week. I have from March 27th to April 5th off for Spring break, then I get another midterm… because my teachers keep me in perpetual midterms until finals. >.>…. Yeah.
Looking into the future, I plan to finish all of SYnE once summer vacation arrives and pick up another series while attempting to maintain the current one as new chapters are released from the author. Alternatively, or perhaps as well as that, I am interested in joining up with a MTLer & Proofreader–or perhaps a true TLer, though they would eclipse the quality I can produce myself–to work on a series of their own. That way, we may improve the community here and introduce more novels to you guys to read! For now though, I’ve only really ‘thought’ about it and haven’t actively looked into it at all. Please, don’t suggest series for now as that is much too far in the future to worry about.
Well, the purpose of this post is to let you all know there will probably only be one chapter posted between now and March 27th, so I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up. To avoid something like this I had thought about setting the finished chapters that were posted over the weekend to timers–offset each by 3 days–though I decided that would have been pointless. For now, I’ll be spending a few minutes here and there proofreading released chapters to try and increase their quality as I have done with the newest chapter. If anyone feels like it, I’d love their help in doing so. While most of you have likely read everything already, I’m sure new readers would appreciate the quality improvement! Feel free to comment changes here or send them to my gmail (found in the About Me).
I’ve made a lot of mistakes since I rely so much on translation assistance programs, so thanks again for putting up with me and being amazing.
