Info Update

Heya everyone ^^

Due to finals, it has been a while since my last chapter release. Good news: done for the semester.

I plan on finishing up volume two before Sunday and after that averaging about one chapter every other day. That said, I reserve the right to continue releasing sporadically if anything comes up IRL!

Assuming all goes well, we should be at around 3-5 by the end of the month.

Also; if anyone who has decent knowledge of Japanese is interested in proofreading these please post in the comments section here. I understand that a lot of you don’t have much time to translate a full chapter but even a sentence or two where I tend to get lost would help us all out a great deal!

Ex: For all of you early readers out there, recall “the seven beauties” or “the group in charge of Daichi”? Those two probably took up two hours each of me feeling like an idiot and still wind up having to post them like that…!

Sincerely though, thank you all for the help translating this. Without you guys this series would probably be read as a MTL for a long time!

(PS: I’ve started on 2-10 finally. Off to sleep now.)

  1. tbh 1 chapter a day is insane~ like @_@ most WN’s or LN’s im reading update once every week! i am overjoyed and slightly depressed that i have no knowledge of japanese that i cant help :'( (im sorry for being useless Q-Q). In the end though thank you very much for the chapters and am eagerly awaiting (albeit patiently too!) for the release of more. Make sure to always take care of yourself first though~

  2. Thanks for the information. Hope you pass all your finals with flying colors!

And I only learned a few Hiragana characters, I don’t know enough to help.

  3. I don’t mind if RL comes in the way, but if it’s for an extended time like now with the finals, a small post as a heads up in advance would be much appreciated.

  4. If you need help with or are unsure of any specific lines, post on animesuki forums as always and I’ll give my input on them if I come across it

  5. Thanks for the update on your status, good to hear that you are done with finals and hope you did well on them. A chapter every other day sounds heavenly so take your time. Keep up the fantastic job and thanks you for bring this WN to us in English.

  6. Are you sure that you and yoraikun aren’t related in anyway? Because you keep releasing chapters at a Godly speed. ๐Ÿ˜€

  7. Hurrah for end of the finals.
Ziru-sama, no need to rush yourself, after hard work with all those tests you need a bit of rest.
About one chapter per two days, that’s damn insane ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
I’ll be out most of the time in this and following week so I’ll be missing a lot T.T

Alright, now I hope by the time I get back Daichi’s Harem will increase a lot more!
    Harem seats:
Queen: -Vacant-, maybe Shuri in future, unfortunately now she isn’t a queen material at all.
    General: Leadred
    Advisor: -Vacant-
    Strategist: -Vacant-
    Jester: Tamaki
    Healer: -Vacant-
    Apothecary: Hayase? XD
Bodyguard: Shuri (also a hug pillow!)
    Maid!: -Vacant-

I hope we will be able to fill those up, also any other seats you guys can think of that’s essential for harem? XD

  8. Hope you did well on your finals. And late Happy Birthday. Sounds like you’re planning to really jump into translating over Christmas break. ;p

    1. I really do enjoy TLing this series. I would have been able to get a lot more of these done these past few weeks if I didn’t pick WoW back up haha. 12 hours a week is dedicated to raiding right now.

      1. Nooooo! You mustn’t go to the dark side! This game was created by Satan so that he could destroy the social life of many young men. ;(

Haha, well, jokes aside, WoW can be really addicting. Now it made me remember the time when I played it, truly nostalgic. ๐Ÿ™‚

        1. Way back when in WotLK I was in a US top 100 guild…. spent way too much time on the game. Aside from maybe an hour or two each week I don’t research much about it anymore. Used to put in something stupid like 10+ hrs of theorycrafting along with raids.

      2. Ah. I can understand that. I was messing around with a game up til last month. I think I’ve officially dropped DDO for now (Probably forever). Going to try and get back in to Japanese over this break if I can figure out a good way…. But I’m doing it more from interest in Arifureta, lol.*cough* The novel this author did a bad job of ripping off. *cough* Or Tate no Yuusha.

        1. Tate no Yuusha has three people working on it right now…. though you could try practicing at first by re-translating a few of the chapters of Arifureta? Or maybe a few of the more recent low quality chapters of TnY that the pastebin dude has put out?

          1. I’m not even close to having the ability to do that, lol. I already tried exactly what you suggested though. I basically need to start from scratch and relearn the grammar. The words I can learn as I go I think. But I don’t know how to learn the grammar efficiently….

            1. Google the translation aggregator program and get it set up with ATLAS v14. That along with Google and Bing translate is what I use to pump these chapters out (along with basic understanding of commonly used verbs adjectives and particles)

              1. I’m missing that knowledge of commonly used verbs, adjectives, and particles, lol. I actually had ATLAS, but I think it expired by now, bleh. But…Well…Once I have a better understanding of verbs and such, maybe I’ll figure out how to get ATLAS back. It will depend on what I’m thinking at the time I guess.

  9. A recurring verb that throws me off is ใใ‚ŒใŸ… it gets used in so many ways. Any tips for handling it? Honestly lately I’ve been ignoring it entirely and figuring out what is meant by context >.>

    1. You either mean:
ใใ‚‹ – (Following the te-form of a verb)shows that the actions started a little earlier and is progressing accordingly.

      Or most likely:

ใใ‚Œใ‚‹ – To give. You’ll see this alot when it follows another verb in the te-form. It usually shows that the action is being done for the speakers benefit.
So ใ€Œ่จ€ใฃใฆใใ‚Œใ‚‹ใ€for example. would mean “To say…(for my own benefit)”
Depending on context, you can change the sentence to show that the person doing the action for the speaker’s benefit. But sometimes it’s unneeded if it’s obvious enough.

  10. Thanks friend…..i really appericiate your work…..though i dont know japnese so i can only read n comment …. sorry
